Delphi Enterprises, Inc., a privately held Florida corporation with offices in Havana (Tallahassee), Florida and San Antonio, Texas is owned by C. A. (Al) Wimberly. A former police officer with Daytona Beach in the 1960's, Al Wimberly started Delphi Enterprises in 1982 providing several agri-business software products and doing contract custom programming.
With clients in California, Florida, Louisiana, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, South Carolina and Texas, Delphi strives to provide quality and dependability in its Code3 products and services. Product and customer support are the Delphi hallmarks. This is a result of planned and controlled company growth and a commitment of resources to proper and timely customer support. Delphi is one of the few companies that provide 24 hour a day mission critical support 365 days a year, with response time measured in minutes, not hours or days.
Al Wimberly is the principal designer and implementer of Code3 products. Customers of Delphi are actively involved in the design of new software and software enhancements. Their suggestions and recommendations are not only welcomed, but are actively solicited.
The principles of Delphi Enterprises have a combined total of more then 50 years of active "on-the-street" police and police administration experience.. This is very favorably reflected in both the quality and nature of the Code3 software solutions as well as in the resolution of day-to-day support and maintenance issues.
Additional staff is available to handle support and special concerns of our customers. Areas of expertise of these persons include networking, communications and hardware issues. Although we do not provide direct support for non-software issues, we will provide advice and observations to help with equipment, network and topology problems and we will work closely with those who are responsible for those concerns. In other words, call us first and we will help if we can.
