Code3 Stand Alone Systems

For small agencies and other limited public safety applications, the complete set of Code3 software applications runs very well in a stand-alone computer system. A stand-alone system is a single computer which is not directly connected to any other computer.

Stand-alone Code3 software packages are complete Code3 applications, containing all of the functionality and capabilities of the networked and client server versions. They are simply limited to use on a single computer.

Stand alone versions of Code3 can be easily and quickly upgraded later to networked and/or client server versions. The full purchase price of a stand-alone version will be credited towards an upgrade to a networked system. A stand-alone computer can also be used later as a network workstation.

The minimum computer requirements for Code3 applications are:

A Pentium IV processor or better
Hard Disk Drive with 200 to 500 gigabytes storage
At least 2 gigabytes of RAM
Flat Panel Monitor with a minimum 1600 X 1200 pixel resolution
